1. Appointments & Bookings

Appointments may be booked through our website, phone, WhatsApp, social media platforms, or directly at the salon.

While we make every effort to honour scheduled appointment timings, delays may occasionally occur due to ongoing services, staff availability, or operational circumstances.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients are requested to inform us in advance if they wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings or advance payment requirements for selected services.

3. Payments

All services must be paid for upon completion unless otherwise agreed by the salon.

We may accept cash, UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and other approved payment methods. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Service Results

Salon and beauty treatments may produce varying results depending on individual skin type, hair condition, allergies, maintenance, and aftercare practices.

While we strive to deliver the highest quality services, we do not guarantee identical results for every client.

5. Allergies & Medical Conditions

Clients are responsible for informing the salon about any allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, scalp conditions, ongoing treatments, pregnancy-related concerns, or medical issues before receiving services.

The salon shall not be held responsible for reactions arising from undisclosed medical conditions or allergies.

6. Hygiene & Safety

We maintain hygiene and sanitation standards for tools, equipment, and salon areas. Clients are expected to cooperate with salon hygiene and safety protocols during visits.

7. Gift Cards, Packages & Memberships

Promotional offers, service packages, memberships, gift vouchers, or discounts may be subject to separate terms and validity periods.

Such offers may not be redeemable for cash and may be modified or withdrawn at the salon’s discretion.

Users agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, distribute harmful content, or interfere with the operation or security of the website.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, branding, text, photographs, videos, graphics, and designs, belongs to Hue Salon unless otherwise stated.
